Pick a time below

To ensure a good workout flow for all members, we will be hosting 3 different 90 minutes heats. Each heat can accommodate 8 RX athletes and 8 Scaled members. Keep in mind that Rx will be defined by the use of a pull-up bar and Scaled by the use of rings to ensure everybody has enough space for the pull-up/ring row portion of the workout.

Fill out the form

After you've selected your heat time. Fill out the registration form with all your details.

Show up

You will have the first 15 minutes of your heat time to stretch, warm up and then it's show time!

Have fun

Push yourself and 'embrace the suck' with your fellow swolemates and some have fun! Remember to bring your favorite beverage, side dish and join us for some tacos afterwards!

“Murph” is a classic CrossFit workout known as a Hero WOD. Hero WOD’s are made by CrossFit to honor the men and women that have fallen in the line of duty. This one is specifically to honor Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, who was killed in action in Afghanistan on June 28th, 2005.
