Fundamentals consist of three 1:1 personal sessions meant to prepare you for your fitness journey. Following these sessions our team will help guide you into exploring the variety of group classes that PXM has to offer. This allows for a more hands on approach throughout your first weeks & months here at PXM.

In addition to your 1:1 training you will be receiving a Nutrition & Wellness consultation with a coach from our PXM Wellness team.
