Therefore, the Longevity Program offers a multifaceted approach to enhance strength, balance, flexibility, and overall well-being.
Participants in the Longevity Program will benefit from tailored exercise regimens developed by our certified fitness professionals who specialize in senior wellness. These programs will incorporate a variety of activities, including low-impact cardio, strength training utilizing weights and resistance bands, balance and stability exercises to prevent falls, and flexibility work such as stretching and mobility drills.
