This is our way to get to know you a bit better prior to choosing the proper path for you at PXM Fitness!
From your fitness timeline and prior experiences in training to your current habits and routines.We believe that the more information the better the start of a fitness journey. Through a casual conversation with one of our coaches we'll assess your nutrition, sleeping patterns and stress management.
On top of this we will run a quick basic Injury screen and joint assessment. This entails running you through several low key drills to assess how you move so we can get a baseline to determine the best next steps customized to your needs and goals.
At last we'll show you who we are as PXM Fitness, Our facility, our history, how we operate and what to expect. We ll share our mission statement and core values with you, so you can get a better understanding of what we stand for.
Nothing. Whether you are a seasoned athlete or it's the first time you have ever stepped foot in a gym, this is your starting point.
Working out at the gym isn't easy. But getting there shouldn't be hard. PXM is easily accessible from all of Chicago.
